Ah, St. Patrick’s Day weekend brings lots of Irish music in venues all over the county, the St. Urho’s Festival and Parade in Finland and the Dulutsen: North of North Music Festival at Papa Charlie’s, not to mention great art shows and exhibitions up and down the North Shore.
